Selected furnishings and accessories are professionally installed to prepare the home for the market.

• Show Period

The staged home remains styled and in place for showings throughout the agreed-upon listing period as outlined in the proposal.

• Destaging

We complete the destaging process by removing all furnishings and accessories.
